It was an epic battle.
Itsu, and her comrades, Desna and Vicky, had heard that a group of evil clowns were taking over a world near their multiverse, so they decided to go in and investigate. They landed on Cocoa Beach in Florida to find that the population had been transformed into cute Clown Girls. Appalled, they tried to free the women, only to be attacked by a strange group of Clown Girls for "harassing" the locals. The trio started fighting their way through the warriors, Desna using various types of grenades, like cryo-grenades to freeze Libby and cool down Jessa, stun grenades to stop Sera and Becky, and a hypno-grenade to brainwash Xion into helping them, Vicky utilizing various magicks to counter Rave and Koyomi, and Itsu herself smashing through Luna, teleporting and hitting the fortune teller before she could see the future.
Sadly, Vicky was grabbed by Okna's snakes and Desna was captured by Eve, who was hiding in some foliage, leaving Itsu all alone. She walked around the battlefield, looking for survivors, until she encountered a cute little girl who instilled her with calming feelings, long enough for Tophen to blast the cyborg with lightning, sending her unconscious.
When Itsu awoke, she was in front of a green-haired Clown Girl who seemed to be the leader, with her former allies turned into Clown Girls as well. She tried to move her body, only to discover Ritzy using some sort of EMP emitter to stun her.
"Let me go!" Itsu demanded.
"No." Manci calmly replied.
"All of these people...they have lives to attend to!"
"Which they will, after they have had a summer of fun!"
"But what about human civilization? Who will run the factories, the power plants?"
"I can turn those boring places into fun circus tents and fairgrounds! All I want is to share my fun!"
Itsu then realized that she had been rather silly, charging in with guns blazing without finding out what was going on. She blushed and said. "I'm sorry."
Manci smiled and kissed her on the nose, starting the woman's transformation.
Itsu felt a warm, pleasant feeling as her already rather pale skin turned porcelain as her red hair with gold highlights turned pink with black highlights. Her black coat shifted a little in shape, but her red and black leather bodysuit turned into a two-piece bikini of the same colors. Fortunately, her arm-belts and her amulet stayed the same, but she then felt something etch something underneath her left eye as she lost all feeling in her nose. One of the clown girls handed Itsu a mirror to reveal that a black line, similar to the eye accents mimes and some clowns have, had formed a black version of her father's criminal mark underneath her left eye, and a red clown nose now adorned her own, just like the other Clown Girls. A warm feeling of pride and happiness filled her as she started to tear up, regretting all of the mean things she said.
She got up once Ritzy had disabled the EMP emitter and hugged Manci, overwhelmed with a feeling of liberation from her daunting job as guardian of the Duel Monsters multiverse.
"Thank you." The new convert whispered.
Manci nodded and hugged her new time traveler back, after which she put her sunglasses back on. "BACK TO THE BEACH!" She proclaimed as all the clown girls cheered and raised Manci up in celebration and slowly whisked her away.
...
Later, on the beach, Itsu approached Manci. "I want to thank you for freeing me! I guess I have been so wrapped up in saving universes from evil that I lost sight of the ability to have fun! I am really enjoying my time here, but will you grant me one simple request?"
"If its about making out, I'm on break and you'll have to sign a wait list." Manci said with a smile... although there was a clipboard attached to her umbrella with a lot of names on it.
Itsu giggled and shook her head. "No. I was wondering if I could keep my memories. You can go ahead and erase everyone else's memories. Desna will be mortified to have remembered being a Clown Girl, and Vicky, my 'sister', is incredibly terrified of clowns, but I would like to remember these happy times. I...I don't get vacations often with the job I have!" She then added. "You may ask a favor of me if you want to. You probably know by now that I can travel through space and time, so if there is anything in your past you ever want to have fixed, you let me know!"
"No, I've learned that time is nothing to be played with. As much as I would enjoy reverting events that lead to me stuck as you see me, I don't have any intent to try and reverse that." Manci said, her eyes looking whistful under her sunglasses. "No, I'll let you keep your memories. But I do have something in mind you could do if you're up for a little fun."
Itsu giggled with glee. "What is it? Though, for the record, I already have a fiancee back home!"
Manci smirked. "What happens at clown summer vacation stays in clown summer vacation. No, but tell me... how good are you at volley?" Manci asked as she brought out an air pump.
